Paula Reason is a British contemporary textile artist who builds on her background as an architect, combining drawing and textiles, to capture the spirit of place in a way that recognises the impact of time, technology, and the human condition.

Paula shines a light on the relationship between the maker and their workplace. The outcomes are a testament to the deeply personal connection between Paula and her subject, Paula and her architectural training, and Paula and her textile thinking.
— Professor Lesley Millar in Talking Spaces: A Life in Craft (2020) International Textile Research Centre, University for the Creative Arts
